One of the main reasons we now build our websites on WordPress is for it’s endless possibilities. Check out some of the cool functionalities we have added to some of our client websites.

Policy Agreement & Renewal

Imavex built a platform to allow Campbell Risk Management to have their customers go online and build their own policy from a form. They fill out the fields to create the policy they need, pay online, and then have the capabilities to login and download their policy whenever they need it. The system automatically creates the expiration date for the policy a year out and it sends out a reminder to the customer telling them they need to log back in and renew their policy for the next year.

Learning Management Systems

Our client was looking for a learning management system that would allow students to purchases courses and complete them online. Imavex implemented a customized solution that gives Smekens Education these capabilities and more. Their students can purchase courses, complete the course at their own pace, receive certificates at the end of the course, and much more!

Since then, Imavex has also completed a LMS for Drive Zone. This system allows their students to complete drivers education online and receive their required documents to get their permit and drivers license.

Map Sectioning

Runyon Surface Prep was looking for a customized map that shows different regions and locations. We found a tool that allows them to create multiple regions and add an unlimited number of clickable locations that show additional location information. This map functionality is completely customizable and very user friendly.

Advanced Product Search

Imavex integrated a tool that allows a user to search through products using a filter tool. This tool makes it simple to filter through thousands of products to easily find the exact product you are looking for without spending hours endlessly scrolling.

Mega Menu

In cases where our clients have a large sitemap, we have found a tool that works great for creating mega menus. As shown on The Mower Shop, you can have a parent menu item with children menu items show below it in multiple columns. This allows for users to easily find the page they are looking for without having to click through multiple pages to get to it.

Job Board

Golf Business Network needed a unique online job board. We were able to take our existing job board tool and fine-tune it to match their specifications. Whether it be making certain content visible to only certain kinds of users, accepting applications online, or giving members with certain roles the ability to post jobs, we have the expertise to set you up with features that match your business needs.

File Sharing

Our client wanted to have file sharing capabilities that allowed their employees to share files with their clients and allow the clients to share files back. Imavex implemented a customized solution that gives Etica these capabilities and more. They can share documents back and forth, allow or prevent the individual receiving the documents from sending documents back, place password protection on the downloads, and much more!
