The driving force behind Imavex’s success, bringing over 25 years of experience in technology and leadership. As the President and Partner, Gerald has been instrumental in transforming Imavex into a leader in software development and website design.
Gerald’s entrepreneurial spirit and strategic vision have been the backbone of Imavex since its inception. He co-founded the company in 2001 with Steve Burzynski. Early on, Gerald led the development of several web applications, including iWorksite and Streamotor (now Gideo, LLC). His innovative approach to product development and market strategies earned recognition and generated substantial revenue, firmly establishing Imavex’s reputation for excellence. In December 2015, Gerald took on the role of President, where he orchestrated the company’s restructuring and expansion.
Gerald holds a degree in Computer Science from Taylor University, which has provided him with a strong technical and business foundation. Beyond his professional achievements, Gerald is a devoted Christ follower with a passion for ministry work, particularly in orphan care. He actively serves Faith in Deeds Children’s Home and has served as Chairman of the Board for Hands of Hope Adoption and Orphan Care Ministry in Indiana.
A fun fact about Gerald: most people don’t know that he can play the guitar. And even fewer know about his unique taste in sandwiches: peanut butter and tomatoes!
Amy Campbell | VP of Operations
Meet Amy Campbell, Vice President of Operations and Partner at Imavex. Since joining as a Project Manager in 2016, Amy has become a driving force in client success, project delivery, and team leadership. Promoted to VP in 2024, she leads operations with a focus on execution, communication, and results.
Amy plays a key role in sales and client success, building strong relationships and aligning solutions to business goals. She ensures client visions are clearly understood and delivered with care.
With a Psychology degree from Ball State University and certification as a SCRUM Master, Amy brings expertise in operations, management, communication, and sales. Her collaborative style and strategic mindset make her an essential leader at Imavex.
When she’s not leading teams or solving problems, Amy can be found sipping (but rarely finishing) a cup of coffee, usually with her music turned up just a bit too loud.
Elizabeth Howard | Managing Partner
Meet Elizabeth Howard, the dynamic Managing Partner at Imavex. She brings a lifelong passion for entrepreneurship and a strong background in business management. Elizabeth started her first company at just 12 years old. From the beginning, she worked closely with small businesses, which sparked and shaped her entrepreneurial spirit.
Elizabeth’s career spans various aspects of business, including international manufacturing, big-box sales, letter of credits, and human resources. She has worked in both domestic and international markets. She has been actively involved in the hiring and management of the retail side of 165 retail stores. This experience gave her deep insight into retail operations and effective personnel management.
For the past 15 years, Elizabeth has played a key role at Imavex. She oversees financial operations, manages accounts payable and receivables, nurtures vital banking relationships, and successfully navigates grant writing endeavors. Her responsibilities also include managing human resources and supporting a healthy, collaborative work culture.
Elizabeth’s commitment to continuous growth and adaptability in the ever-evolving business landscape is reflected in her career journey. She is driven by a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and a dedication to building strong, successful teams. Her strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving business for Imavex, making her the hardest working person on the team.
